Do you offer free international shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for US and international PIA • MIA lovers on purchases over US $ 150.

If your order is below the free shipping amount, don't worry! Purchases under USD $ 150 have a flat rate of USD $ 15.

When will my shipment go out?

We make your order go out as quickly as possible! Take into account that if you placed the order during the weekend or on a holiday, we will begin to process it the next business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Note:All our jute pairs in our Jute Lovers Collection require a more artisan work due to their artisanal hand sewing and manual making, they are produced in limited quantities or to order, so they can take 15 to 20 business days to be delivered. .

While we do our best to ship all orders on the day of purchase. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the shipping courier to pick up your order from our facilities.

How do I track my order?

Please verify the guide number in the confirmation email. If you did not receive the confirmation email, please contact us to help you track your package.

What messaging do they use?

PIA • MIA uses FedEx and DHL for all orders to the United States and the rest of the world.

Will I have to pay additional duties and taxes?

Orders placed outside of Colombia may suffer tax charges in accordance with local customs regulations. We are unable to provide estimated taxes as this information will vary by country. You may have to pay any entry taxes and duties that your local customs authority deems appropriate. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the client and the currier will collect them at the time of dispatch.

Please note that we have no control over duties, customs and taxes charged by the country the order is shipped to, you should contact your local customs office for more information if you are unsure of the charges.

If you reject a PIA • MIA shipment, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any import and return fees that may be incurred at the time of delivery.

How can I change an item?

We want you to love your PIA • MIA as much as we do! If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, contact us to solve it. We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all non-sale items. Remember that the product must be presented brand new, unused, unwashed and undamaged.

To make a change online, follow these steps:

1. Complete the following change form and we will contact you as soon as possible.
2. Send the items to the address that we will provide you after you have contacted us.

3. Get the tracking number of the package and send it to our email. We cannot exchange items without a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs for returned products.

We will be more than happy to exchange your pair for a different size or offer web credit for you to use on purchases of equal or greater value of the exchanged items.

Exchanges can take up to five business days to process once the items are received back at our warehouse. Upon receipt of your return, the exchanged order will be processed. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the availability of the product at the time your return is received, so we suggest that you make the exchange as soon as possible.

Personalized PIA • MIAs are not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact our customer service team before placing an order if you need help with sizing. We are happy to help you!

During busy periods it can take longer to process changes. Changes are subject to stock availability. A limit of 1 change per order applies, unless PIA • MIA considers the product to be defective.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer a refund for any item, please follow our size guide or contact us through our chat to make sure you have the perfect size.
