Do you offer free international shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for U.S. and International PIA•MIA lovers for purchases over US $150. If your order is below the free shipping amount, do not worry! Purchases below USD $150 have different rates starting on USD $15

When will my shipping go out?

We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as we can. During holidays, shipping times can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

Note: All our jute pairs from our Yute Lovers Collection require more artisanal work due to its handmade sewing and its manual fabrication, they are produced in limited quantities or by order, therefore they may take from 15-20 business days to be delivered.

While we try our best to ship all orders on the day of purchase. Please note that it can take up to 3 business days before your order gets picked up by the shipping courier at our facilities.

Note: From time to time, there can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe.

Which courier do you use?

PIA•MIA uses FedEx & DHL for all U.S. and international orders.

Will I have to pay any additional duties and taxes?

Orders from outside Colombia may suffer duty charges according to local custom regulation. We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. You may be liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.

Please be aware that we do not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

If you refuse a shipment from PIA • MIA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. 

How can I exchange an item?

We want you to love your PIA•MIA as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We happily accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all non-sale items that are in new condition, unworn, unwashed and free of damages.

To make an online exchange, follow these steps:

1.  Fill out our exchange form and we will get back to you shortly.

2. Send your items to the address we'll provide once you contact us.

3. Get your package tracking number and email it to us. We are unable to exchange your pieces without a tracking number. We can't be responsible for lost packages.

Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges for goods returned. We'll be more than happy to change your pair for a different size or give you store credit to be used in purchases of equal or higher value of the exchanged items.

Exchanges can take up to five business days to be processed once the items are received back into our warehouse. Once your return is received, the exchanged order will process. Please note that we cannot guarantee product availability at the time your return is received so we suggest sending your return back as quickly as possible. 

Customized PIAMIA are not eligible for return or exchange. Please reach out to our customer service team before placing an order if you need any assistance with sizing. We're happy to help!

During busy periods it can take longer for exchanges to be processed. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by PIAMIA.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for any of our pieces, follow our size guide or contact us through our chat to ensure you have the perfect fitting piece.
